Description
A lone street racer must use his talents to rise to the top of the Blacklist, comprised of the 15 most elite drivers in the city of Rockport.Plot
The city of Rockport's league of illegal street racers is dominated by the Blacklist, a highly skilled group comprised of the 15 best drivers in the city. A new arrival to the Rockport racing scene loses his car in a rigged race with Razor, #15 on the Blacklist. After a close call with Sergeant Cross of the Rockport Police Department, the challenger must fight his way through the ranks of the Blacklist to reach Razor, who has since used the challenger's original car to reach the top of the Blacklist.
